Sealed edge trim

Our sealed edge process leaves a clean, smooth edge on every board instead of an open cut face. The edge resists dirt on the jobsite, wipes down years later, and gives you a square reference on every rip. All trim ships in 18’ lengths.

Sheets

From 1mm to 1 1/4”, in 10’ and 20’ standard lengths. The 20’ sheet takes board and batten from foundation to roofline with no horizontal joint. Consistent density makes them predictable to mill, rout and fabricate, which is why they show up in signage, cabinet shops, boat work and store fixtures as often as on houses.

Corners

Folded corner boards are precision-folded and glued from a single sheet, so there is no outside seam to split or stain. Extruded outside corners carry an integrated nailing flange and siding pocket and go on in one pass. Our 45° inside and outside corners arrive as one piece at the correct angle for bay windows, breakfast nooks and bump-outs.

Mouldings

Extruded rather than milled, so the surface stays sealed and the finish matches our boards and sheets. Standard 18’ lengths, where most of the market stops at 16’ and puts an extra joint in a long run of crown.

Beadboard

Three ways to do a porch ceiling: classic standard beadboard, Stealth for a tighter modern reveal, and beaded planking. Stealth runs in continuous 24’ lengths, so a long porch ceiling is one clean run. Beaded sheets come in 4’ x 10’ and 4’ x 20’.

Water table and soffit

Our water table has a flanged top that tucks behind the first course of siding, so it also does the job of a drip cap, and the face is cut at a slope to throw water off the wall. The soffit system pairs vented or solid soffit with notched fascia and frieze machined to take it, with no separate flashing or cover.

Column wraps

A complete kit for covering structural posts and wood columns. Wraps arrive pre-cut and ready to assemble, so a rough 6x6 becomes a finished column in one visit. Custom lengths available.

Specialty trim

Rabbeted boards built for the way windows actually go in. A siding rabbet for the siding to tuck into, a nail flange rabbet that sits flat over a new-construction window fin with no shims, and a combination of both. All three are also made in custom sizes: tell us the siding exposure and the window.

Board and batten

Our 20’ sheets make this system work. One sheet runs foundation to roofline on most walls, so there is no horizontal joint at eye level on the tallest wall of the house, the most common callback on a board and batten job. Pair it with battens at whatever spacing the design calls for.

Black PVC

Green Atlantic was the first manufacturer to produce fully black PVC trim, sheet and moulding. Black all the way through, with the same sealed edge and UV package as the white line. Cut it anywhere and the cut end is black. We add to the black range regularly; ask your dealer for the current list.

Custom sizes

If the stock list does not match the job, we can produce the width, length, thickness or profile you need. Minimum order quantities may apply. Sign makers, cabinet shops, boat builders and store fixture companies all run Green Atlantic, and we are set up to supply large volumes of a single custom size.

What to send us. A dimensioned sketch or CAD file, the quantity and the length. To match an existing profile, a photo of the end with a tape in frame is usually enough to quote from.
